The Process Should ALWAYS be:
1 - Refresh the ENTIRE page
2 - Click the Check Current Status button
3 - Wait 5 seconds
4 - Toggle only if needed
STOPPING NOTE: When shutting down the bot - it needs one more normal message to be typed in chat to do a check.
